MY TIME MADE EASY -- Spring has Sprung March Release

It is that wonderful time of the month again...yes, release day!  I hope you joined in and entered your comment for your chance to win this month's release!

I have a little project that I hope you will enjoy.  The template I used is
"Egg-stra Special".
I used black paper that I embossed with the A Spot of Tea acrylic stamp set.  I wanted to give it a little metallic look.
I used one of my acrylic flower bling pieces to top it off.  The lace around the middle I colored with black soot distress ink.  It kind of reminds me of one of the decorative eggs my grandma used to have when I was young...and, of course, we couldn't touch it!

I hope you enjoyed this month's release.  Please take a look at the other projects that the design team have created.

MY TIME MADE EASY -- Preview Day 1 Display

Have you ever had one of those days when you try to post something and it is just not working?  Whew!  That is me today.  I took several pictures and my camera was just not cooperating with me, but I was able to get one shot uploaded.

My project today is using the template "Display" and it is soooo versatile with what you can do with it.
I am so disappointed my close-ups didn't come out.  I absolutely love this template.  I decorated mine to look like a bunny using some punches.  The stamp set is Take Time, the acrylic set.  I also used the Just For You acrylic stamp set.  I love those sets.

If I can get some of my close-ups to work out later today, I will try to post them.  Can you get any more Easter than this?!

I hope you enjoyed my post for the day, and please stop by the other girls and check out their projects.

Please stop by tomorrow for some more My Time Made Easy goodness!

MTME -- Year In Review

This is one of my favorite times of the release when we get to use anything that is in the shop...I mean, how fun is that?!
Isn't this cute?  I love the colors.  I have never tried them before, but I think I like it.  I used the Grab a Cup Sentiments acrylic stamp set.   I cut the heart from the sentiment and stamped it as a background on the blue.
The banner is stamped with the Just For You acrylic stamp set.  This is such a versatile stamp set...love it!
I added a bunch of roses, twine and a little clothes pin all glittered up.  Added a doily, piece of lace and there you have it!
Thank you all for stopping by for this month's release.  I always have so much fun doing them.  As always, the other girls have some great inspiration for you!

My Time Made Easy -- Post Release

Hello, everyone!  I decided today to use some really oldie but goodies for my post project.  When I think of a gift to give someone, I always like to match their personalities as much as I can.  My friend absolutely loves yellow and hates surprises, so we always make a joke about it with each other...that's why this stamp set is so perfect for her!
This template is called The Flapper.  You untie the bow and you can tuck your gift inside.  Super easy to make and great fun to embellish.
And here is one of my favorite stamp sets.  I have the acrylic set of this that I used.  It is called Secret Surprise...go figure!  Now you know why I love to use this for my friend.  I stamped the flowers from the Tending the Garden stamp set.
Here is a closeup...I know it has a little glare, but I was hoping you could see what great detail you get with these stamps.
So there you have it, one of my favorite templates.  I have used this many times for gifts.  I hope you have enjoyed my project.  For more inspiration, please visit the other team members.
Thank you so much for stopping by!

MTME -- Release Day

I am so lovin this release, and I sure hope you do too.  Pink and pastels are my very favorite colors, and, of course, you've got to love princesses!  This template is called Riding in Coach.
My gosh, what a talented lady, Lauren is.  Don't you love this?  I am giving this to a friend of my mom's who love's anything princess.  Do you think she'll like it?
I put a vellum window with a bunch of pearls and I stamped the vanilla paper with the Tending the Garden acrylic stamp set... too cute!
I hope you give this little set a try.  It was very quick and fun to make.  I can't wait to fill it with some fun stuff!

Please stop by the other girl's sites and the shop to see what all is in the release.  I know you will love it!
