Hey, everyone!  I am so excited.  I just joined Stampin Up as a demonstrator.  I have always loved their products and thought this would be a really fun way to both get new product and be able to share what I learn with others.  I joined just in time...there's a brand new catalog coming out June 1st...yay!  I get to preorder some of the new stuff from the catalog tomorrow, and when it comes in, I will show you all my new goodies!  I have a video link down below that shows what came in my demonstrator kit!

MTME -- Handbag Template

So this is the last post for the April release...so sad, because it was such a fun release...but never fear, My Time Made Easy has released so many wonderful things this month, I just couldn't help myself.  I made a couple of extra projects that I will post throughout the next couple of weeks!  Yay!

Isn't this the sweetest package to give to a girlfriend who loves shopping?  You know who I mean, Gloria!  I love the size of this.  It is approximately 10 1/2 inches tall, which is perfect for Bath & Body Works and a whole host of other gifts!
I used the Handbag template with the Romance digital paper pack and the brand new Purse Patterns paper...a must have, don't you think?   I added a couple of flowers and lace to the pockets and some Stickles to the buckle.
And just to give it the purse flavor, I added a silver twine ribbon with a key and lock charm...love!  I was also very lucky to have a couple of Basic Gray brads that matched perfectly with the paper...lucky!

And for those of you who want to make this bag along with me, I have made a video tutorial showing you how to put this together...it's a piece of cake, I tell you!

It is downloading now, so it won't be up until later this afternoon.

I hope you enjoyed this, and please don't forget to give some love and get some inspiration from the other girls!

    MTME Sexy Soles

I just love the name of my project I have for you today...Sexy Soles!  Isn't that a great name?!
I have a special post today.  Not only did I take pictures to post of this fantastic template, but I have include a video tutorial for you!  Yay!
How cute is this design?  I mean really...I have a severe shoe fetish and this was right up my alley!
The template, of course, is Sexy Soles, and the paper for the soles is called Grammy's Pretty Patterns digital paper pack.
Don't you love that buckle and lace.  I love everything frilly...as you know, so you can imagine how much fun I had in decorating this pattern!
So here you have it.  And as I said, I made a two-part video tutorial on how to put this shoe together.  This is my very first video tutorial, so let me know what you think, and I hope you enjoy it!
You aren't finished yet...oh, yeah, more goodies to come if you stop by the other teamies blogs to see what they have done!
Thank you so much for stopping by!

Double Rosettes and Mini Composition Book Swap

Today I wanted to share with you some things I made for the Mini Composition Book and Double Rosette swap over at Art & Sassy.

These are the three sets I made.  We were supposed to make three neutral colors and three of our favorite color, which, of course, is pink!

Here are my two mini composition books.  I'm sorry I didn't get better pictures, but I was on my way out the door to mail them out when I remembered I hadn't taken any pictures and they were already packaged.  Aren't they cute?  I really had fun doing them.  I can't wait to make the larger ones for myself.

I made a little video explaining what I used and how I made them.  This is my first video where I show my projects, so please be patient as I learn this process.
Thank you so much for stopping by, and leave me a comment with any suggestions you have!  Have a great day!

My Time Made Easy -- Release Day...Sole-Mate

Just when you think it can't get any cuter, here it is!  My project for release day is Sole-Mate...you've got to love the name of this template.
Is that stinking cute or what?
So for this shoe I used the Berry Burst digital paper pack and the Sole-Mate template that is in the April release!
I used the new digital stamp set that is being released this month called Sole-Mates stamp set.
Can you imagine making these for a runner friend and put a pair of socks in it or a gift card, maybe some lotion...see where I'm going with that?

Well, I hope you enjoyed my project, and please stop by the other team members to see what they've designed for you!

New Blog Design and Happy Easter!

Hi, everyone!  I am so excited.  I have waited almost two years on the waiting list over at VK Designs.  I love her web pages and wanted her to redesign my blog.

Finally, it is all completed and I absolutely love it.  I am tweeking a couple of things here and there, so please be patient.  I have a new button that can be copied onto your blog and I now have an Etsy page and link.  Give me a week or so to get my things listed there.  I have so many exciting things planned for the future.  I am just about ready to start posting videos on YouTube and I'm putting together a couple of kits that I am going to be listing over on Etsy.

Please let me know what you think about my new design and stay tuned for a few new posts coming up in the next couple of days!

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous Easter!

MY TIME MADE EASY -- A Year in Review!

Wow, am I enjoying this weather!  I live in Southern California and the last couple of days we have had temperature in the high 70s...definitely feels like spring!

My daughter's birthday falls on Easter this year, so I am really trying to gear up with all of my Easter goodies...but, of course, for her birthday party she wants Monster High...yeah, I'm trying to picture Monster High and Easter in the same week.

So getting back to my post for today, I have decided for my year in review I would use the one release that I wasn't assigned this month, and that is the Bag-sket cut file.
Aren't these too cute?!  I put together the bottom part of the basket and decided to keep the handle off.  I am using these for little baskets for my daughter's classmates for Easter.  I made two little girl baskets and I will start putting together the little boy baskets.
I used the My Tweet Friend Single digital stamp.  I colored her with my copics and then fussy cut her to attach to the little basket.  Decorated with a little doily and some pearl trim...didn't she come out cute?
On this one I used the same stamp set, but put a little crepe paper trim around the edges.

You will have to let me know what you think about the pictures.  I just got a new light box, and this was my first set of pictures I have taken using it.  I have a little learning curve, but I thought they came out pretty good!

Well, I hope you enjoyed this month's designs as much as I did, and please stop by the other team members and give them some love!
